PAX Herbal Ministerial Visit

The director of PAX Herbal Clinic and Research Laboratories, Rev. Fr. Anselm Adodo recently paid a courtesy visit to the new Minister of Science and Technology. Mrs.Grace Ekpiwhre, at her office in Abuja.

Briefing the minister on the activities of PAX, Adodo said the venture is purposefully poised to alleviate poverty and provide employment for Nigerians. Presently, Pax employs over One hundred and fifty Nigerians.

Adodo used the opportunity of his visit to call on government to form a partnership with PAX in the area of funding and capacity building. This, he said, will make the center positively productive and cheaper.

The minister in her reaction emphasized the need for Nigerians to value things produced locally by Nigerians.

She promised to pay an official visit to Ewu, before the end of the year.
This she said will afford her the opportunity to access areas in which her ministry and the agencies under it such as the Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency (NNMDA) and Product Development Agency (PRODA) can be of assistance.
